The Congress has been held annually since 2005 and now it is the significant platform for discussing IPO-related issues. The forthcoming Congress is focused on actual problems of global financial markets development, prospects of Global Financial Center formation and legislative initiatives related to the development of the securities market infrastructure in Russia.
