CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION FEES (0% UK VAT)




Registration fee includes admission to the conference, coffees, lunch and networking drinks; conference materials; use of simultaneous translation equipment. The fee does not cover accommodation, travel, Russian visitor visa.

1st Delegate = £ 315 GBP
2nd Delegate = £ 300 GBP
3rd Delegate = £ 275 GBP

4th Delegate = £ 250 GBP

TERMS OF BOOKING

The conference is managed by Advantix Ltd.
All payments should be sent to Advantix Ltd, 7-10 Adam Street, London WC2N 6AA, UK.

You will receive acknowledgement of your booking and invoice within 48 hours of sending your registration form. Please call us on + 44 (0) 207 520 9341 or fax + 44 (0) 207 520 9342 in case you do not receive confirmation within stated period. Cancelations: Cancelations received in writing before 28 June will be subject to administration charge of 50 GBP + 20% UK VAT. Full conference fees are payable in the event of cancelation on 28 June or thereafter. Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time free of charge (providing the delegate has Russian entry visa). NB: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the event organisers to alter the contents of the agenda, timing, names of speakers or venues. All changes will be regularly advertised on the event website or via email. In case of unlikely event cancelation delegate fees will be repaid in full. NB: The conference registration fee does not include Russian visa fee, hotel accommodation, air travel or airport transfers.
