Mikhail specialises in a broad range of international tax matters, including developing and implementing holding structures for Russian and foreign assets ( particularly, prior to an IPO on foreign stock exchanges), setting up Russian and foreign trading, financing and licensing companies.

He has also been involved in projects related to the largest foreign acquisitions by Russian companies and was responsible for tax aspects of the acquisition structures.
