Iain Wright is a UK-qualified partner based in Morgan Lewis’s London office. Iain advises clients on a wide range of corporate finance issues, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets. In the field of equity capital markets, he has advised on both IPOs and secondary fundraisings, as well as providing regular advice to clients on securities laws and governance issues more generally, with particular expertise on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market.
